Are there any CEUs given for this course?There will be a maximum of 22 CEUs given for the course. You must be present for every lecture (attendance will be taken) and answer 100% of the questions in every lecture to receive the appropriate number of CEUs for that lecture. The CEUs are given by the California Board of Registered Nursing and are valid for nurses in all 50 states as well as internationally.

Do I get a certification for taking this course?You do not get a certification for taking the SWOC course. The certification is achieved by taking and passing the SWOC certification exam.

The course will teach you a lot of the knowledge that is needed to be a successful wound care or treatment nurse, and the certification will also make you standout. However, you will need to apply for such positions.
