1. Completion of the SWOC Online Certification prep course is not related to achieving SWOC Certification, which is a separate entity. I understand that attendance at the SWOC Online Certification Prep Course does not entitle me to the SWOC Certification Designation, until which time I have passed the requirements of that exam.

 

1. I will not hold CLTC, its employees, associates, instructors, owners, or board members liable if I do not become certified by any particular agency or exam.

 

1. I understand that the information and lecture content of the SWOC Online Certification Prep Course is proprietary and must remain confidential. No duplication or distribution of course contents may be duplicated or distributed without the expressed written consent of The College of Long Term Care.

 

1. I understand that the CLTC and SWOC Certification Prep Course does not discriminate among candidates on the basis of age, gender, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, marital status or any other protected characteristic.
